Kilmar House Liskeard, is situated in the town of Liskeard and within easy travelling distance of Bodmin moor, and only thirty minutes from the coast of Cornwall. The home has an open access policy allowing residents to visit the town centre, and explore the local area.
Liskeard is a market town situated near the Devon border, with the cities of Truro and Plymouth easily reachable by train or bus. The town has a sports centre, a range of shops and a strong social circuit with clubs and societies.
From The A30
From Okehampton to Launceston, turn off onto the A388 signposted Callington. In Callington go through the traffic lights and at the roundabout take the 3rd exit onto the A390, signposted Liskeard. As you enter Liskeard, at the roundabout go straight across (2nd exit) and at double mini roundabout take the left junction and Kilmar House is 500 metres down on the right hand side.
From The A38 – Plymouth
From Plymouth follow signs to Liskeard. When coming off the A38 at the first roundabout take the 2nd exit and keep in the right hand lane going over the flyover. At the next roundabout take the 1st exit, (left) travel through traffic lights and take the next right into Higher Lux Street. Kilmar House is about 20 metres on the left hand side.
From The A38 – Bodmin
Head towards Liskeard on the A38, from Bodmin, turning at the first sign for Liskeard. At the first mini roundabout turn left, drive trough the main street past the Barclays Bank on your right hand side and take the next right at the mini roundabout, approximately 70 metres down on the right had bend turn left signed Higher Lux Street. Kilmar House is about 20 metres on the left hand side.
